#scar therapy
I am a master of physiotherapy, a graduate of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. I specialize in working with orthopedic patients and in dental physiotherapy. I help both people after injuries and surgeries and those who experience the effects of daily overload — spinal pain related to sedentary work, tension headaches, and stress-related teeth clenching. I also provide scar therapy for scars of various origins.
In the area of dental physiotherapy, I work with patients suffering from conditions such as:
- bruxism, headaches (including migraines),
- tinnitus,
- temporomandibular joint problems with pain and crepitus,
- facial and neck muscle tension, as well as postural disorders and cervical spine overload.
I also support patients before, during, and after orthodontic treatment, as well as after surgical and dental procedures. I provide therapy for facial nerve paralysis — facial and trigeminal nerves.
In my work, I use a holistic approach — I look for the cause of the problem in the whole body, not just where the symptoms occur. This makes therapy more effective and helps reduce the risk of symptom recurrence.
I work with people at every level of physical activity — from those leading a sedentary lifestyle to athletes. I also conduct medical training, because I believe that appropriately selected movement is one of the most important tools in pain treatment and prevention.
I focus on an individual approach, attention to the patient's goals and needs, and thorough functional diagnostics. I regularly participate in courses and training, constantly developing my competencies to provide the most effective and safe assistance possible.
Completed courses and training:
- Temporomandibular joints - diagnosis and therapy
- Integrative Scar Therapy
- Manual Therapy according to Maitland concept, level 1
- Myofascial trigger points therapy

I am a master of physiotherapy. I completed my bachelor's degree at the State University of Applied Sciences in Kalisz and obtained my master's degree at the Krakow Academy of Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski. In my clinical work, I rely on a thorough interview and detailed manual examination in accordance with international IFOMPT standards, which form the foundation of modern and safe manual therapy.
I specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal dysfunctions, both in acute and chronic conditions. My goal is to find the primary cause of the patient's problem and work on it, rather than focusing solely on pain symptoms. Thanks to an individual approach and active patient involvement in the therapy process, it is possible to achieve lasting, long-term effects and reduce the risk of symptom recurrence.
I am a certified manual therapist, regularly developing my competencies through multi-year training in manual therapy according to IFOMPT standards, covering a comprehensive approach to working with the spine, pelvis, and upper and lower limbs. I also participate in conferences and clinical training, which allows me to continuously improve the quality of the therapy I provide and apply current, evidence-based methods of working with patients.
