Manual Therapy
Manual therapy involves using specialized manual techniques, such as mobilizations and manipulations, to restore normal function of the musculoskeletal system. It is particularly effective in reducing musculoskeletal pain, improving joint mobility, and restoring muscle tension balance. The manual therapist diagnoses and selects techniques individually, tailoring them to the patient's needs and the specifics of their health issue.
Massage
A treatment focused on pain dysfunctions of the spine, joints, and muscles. It is based on classical massage techniques with a particular focus on the affected area.
Sports Physiotherapy
Sports physiotherapy is aimed at both professional and amateur athletes. It focuses on safe return to sports post-injury, aiming to reduce musculoskeletal overload, ensure proper body regeneration, and educate on minimizing injury risks in sports.
Dental Physiotherapy
Dental physiotherapy deals with treating temporomandibular joint problems. Consult a dental physiotherapist for symptoms like stress, teeth grinding, bruxism, clicks and popping in the jaw joints, or tension headaches.
Orthopedic Physiotherapy
Targeted at individuals post-injury or surgery. During therapy, the physiotherapist assesses the injury severity, estimates return-to-activity time, and creates a rehabilitation plan aimed at relieving pain and restoring tissue and organ function.
Urogynecological Physiotherapy
Focuses on preventing and treating pelvic and lower urinary tract dysfunctions. Suitable therapy supports the healing processes of pregnant women, post-vaginal birth, cesarean section, or urinary incontinence. It also includes treating men with similar dysfunctions such as incontinence, chronic pelvic pain, and prostate issues.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage is a gentle, specialized form of manual therapy aimed at improving lymph flow and reducing swelling. The treatment has anti-edema, analgesic, and regenerative effects, supporting the body's natural cleansing processes. It is recommended after surgery, after injuries, and in chronic lymphatic congestion or a feeling of heavy limbs. Indications include upper and lower limb swelling, post-traumatic and postoperative conditions, swelling after prolonged immobilization, heavy and tired legs, support for tissue regeneration, venous-lymphatic circulation disorders, and soft tissue tension. The treatment is performed with slow, rhythmic, and very gentle movements along lymphatic pathways. Therapy is painless and relaxing, and its scope is always tailored individually to the patient's needs.
Scar Therapy
Targeted at individuals post-surgery, cesarean section, mastectomy, or even after a healed open fracture. The physiotherapist employs various methods to increase skin mobility, reduce scar area pain, improve tissue elasticity and blood circulation, and reduce adhesions.
Face Massage | Kobido
An advanced technique combining intensive manual techniques (including Kobido massage elements), affecting deep layers of the skin and facial muscles. It aims to reduce muscle tension, improve blood and lymph circulation, and alleviate chronic pain and tension symptoms.

Foot Diagnostics and Prevention for Children
This service is dedicated to preschool and school-age children (from 3 years old) and aims to detect foot abnormalities early and prevent further posture and gait disorders. The assessment is preventive and therapeutic - we focus exclusively on the feet, their function, and their impact on the child's whole body. Many postural defects originate from improper foot mechanics, so early diagnostics helps avoid bigger problems in the future. During the visit we perform: static and dynamic assessment (posture, gait, foot loading), manual examination of the feet and ankle joints, functional tests, movement pattern assessment, footwear recommendations, individually tailored home exercises, taping if needed, and qualification for further therapy. Based on the assessment, the parent receives clear information about the child's foot condition and specific recommendations for further management. This service does not include orthopedic insole fabrication.
Hand Therapy
Aims to improve manual dexterity, hand and finger strength, and movement precision. It is targeted at children with fine motor skill difficulties, affecting daily activities like writing, drawing, or dressing. Therapy includes exercises tailored to the child's needs, enhancing coordination, grip strength, and precision of movements.
